Konstantinos, now 42, once dreamed of becoming a race car driver or playing basketball for Panathinaikos. However, his true passion for food led him down a different path, and by 2009, he weighed over 170 kilos. Determined to change his life, he embarked on a transformative journey and lost 90 kilos.
Inspired by JFK’s famous quote, “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country,” Konstantinos has dedicated 8 of his 20-year career to ReGeneration, Greece’s largest skilling and employment initiative for Greek youth. During his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in hiring 4,500 new graduates into 2,000 companies nationally, while providing 1,000,000 hours of soft & hard skills training, significantly impacting their career trajectories.
His deep understanding of Gen Z, honed through his work with ReGeneration, has made him an expert in engaging and empowering this generation. Konstantinos’s enthusiasm for motivating others propelled him into public speaking and executive training. He has delivered talks at 400+ conferences and collaborated with 200+ companies, sharing his insights and expertise.
Since 2022, he has co-created the No. 1 Business Show in Greece, which promotes best practices and combats toxic behaviors in the workplace. Konstantinos continues to inspire and drive positive change through his dedication to youth empowerment and professional development.
