Ioannis Balampanidis holds a Ph.D. in Political Science (Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences) and has been a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of the Aegean. He teaches Political Ideologies at the Hellenic Open University and he works as a political analyst at Metron Analysis. Among others, he is the author of “Eurocommunism: From Communist to Radical Left in Europe” (Polis, 2015, and Routledge, 2018) and of “Progressive and conservative ideas” (“Οι ιδέες της προόδου και της συντήρησης”, Polis, 2022)
